my story

I have had the honor and pleasure of being a wife to Dan for nearly 20 years and mom to two amazing young men, Marcus and Travis. And now after spending nearly 30 years in the corporate world, the Lord has planted a new passion, and I've found joy pursuing my gifts creating. 

My page and business name are inspired by my favorite scripture, Proverbs 3:5-6. 

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, but in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight. 

What I’ve always loved about that scripture is the plurality of ‘paths.’ It is a constant reminder that God always provides a path, no matter where I may stray, that will lead me back to what He has planned for my life. 

This new path I’m on is yet another example. I don’t know where this adventure will lead, if anywhere beyond my own imagination, creativity, and excitement. But I will trust Him and follow the path in faith, giving glory to God at every step along the way.
